I wrote a post a few weeks ago when I received some goodies in the post - including glitter. Since then I have been experimenting with the glitter.
The regular gold glitter is a lot easier to work with than the large pink heart glitter. I tried glueing the pink glitter to my polymer heart in a few ways. If you just dip the glued polymer heart shape in the glitter it ends up looking like a mess and you can't tell that the glitter is made up of little heart shapes. I found that taking my time and placing the hearts almost individually worked a lot better but was very fiddly and time consuming!
I love the glamour of the dipped gold earrings, I just need to buy some gold findings as they don't look right with silver. Unfortunately, this is no longer just a quick purchase as the local bead shop has closed down (such a shame) so now I need to order online and wait for delivery. I have sealed them with diamond glaze so that the glitter doesn't come off.
